            Bug ID: 22077
           Summary: runtestfedabipkgdiff.py fails on centos-x86_64
           Product: libabigail
           Version: unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: default
Assignee: dodji at redhat dot com

  Target Milestone: ---

I suspect configure missed a python package that should have been installed on
the system, but isn't. Somehow fedabipkgdiff is unable to parse its arguments:

fedabipkgdiff test failed for
/srv/buildbot/worker/libabigail-centos-x86_64/build/tests/data/test-fedabipkgdiff/test4-glib-0.100.2-2.fc20.x86_64.rpm-glib-0.106-1.fc23.x86_64.rpm-report-0.txt
command was:

Thanks. I installed mailcap on the builder and the build is green now!

This looks like a missing mailcap dependency on the build bot.

This is needed for the mimetypes python library to correctly detect that a
given file name denotes an RPM file (for instance). For that, we need the
/etc/mime.types file to be installed. And on CentOS (and Fedora) that file is
installed by the mailcap package.

Starting from 1.0, the libabigail package now correctly mentions the mailcap
package an a dependency, on Fedora.

I hope this helps.
