Either's fine with me. I just don't want to wait until the default name is
changed in Git (or in Savannah or GitHub or whatever).

That is, we should change the name at a time that's good for glibc, and not
worry too much about when other projects change. No matter when we change we'll
have to deal with developers running with older or newer versions of Git (or
whatever) and so we'll need to deal with mismatches between the glibc branch
name and the Git default (or whatever).
