v5: Remove socketcall from support_socket_so_timestamp_time64, fix
    typos, and minor issues.
v4: Rebase agasint master. 
v3: Move the assignment in the loop header to make the patch more
    readable.
v2: Fix some typos and use support_socket_time64_timestamp.
