The rbig does not use floating-point instructions, so it can be on a
different TU and not be built multiple times for multiarch (since the
resulting code will be similar and not a hotspot).
Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu, i686-linux-gnu, aarch64-linux-gnu,
and powerpc64le-linux-gnu.
