Did you regenerate all the subdirectory configure / preconfigure fragments
(i.e. autoconf $file.ac > $file, for $file in all the configure and
preconfigure files in sysdeps that have a corresponding .ac file - note
that many preconfigure fragments are just shell script fragments with no
corresponding .ac file) and find that they didn't change?
