this patch is a rebased and re-tested version of the Testing Infrastructure patch.
It contains what you have on the azanella/dso-opt branch, plus some of the spell corrections
you noticed in your last review (but haven't added there).

Dubbing this state as "v7". Can this be approved for master now?
