Who should take care of such updates?  Carlos, Dmitry, anyone else?
The last update in glibc was on March 12, there were updates announced
for Croatian, Dutch, and Belarusian translations later.  Or maybe it is
OK to ignore them until the final release date?

Also, doesn't it indicate a problem if the announce says it is for
2.26.9000 while the current version is 2.27.9000?
