CTI asks the provider, LF IT, to adhere to our requirements which include the use of only FOSS in the deployment of the services. I will work with the CTI TAC and LF IT to setup documents that detail the requests and what will be provided and I'll publish those publicly. We have also had requests for ensuring that we have a proper strategy for changing providers. I will document those also.
