Well, if a bug report is invalid then closing it as INVALID is appropriate. Or if there is an idea in the bug report that might or might not be a good idea but isn't appropriate for Bugzilla, closing as INVALID and putting a note on of the idea to consider (with a link to the previous discussion in the bug) is appropriate. -- Joseph S.
