       Dear Paul,

Thanks for your approval, this thread below is a different submit from the current subject. It is folded by maillist accidentally
because I use a same email subject name. Shall I re-send a message with a new email subject?
https://sourceware.org/pipermail/libc-alpha/2020-November/119285.html

Thanks,
Shuo Wang

       Dear Shuo,

your second patch (https://sourceware.org/pipermail/libc-alpha/2020-November/119285.html) is fine to me too.

Thank you,
Paul

Paul,

Are you able to commit these changes yourself?

I'm happy to see anyone from the community commit obvious changes like
this so long as the bug title was fixed in bugzilla.

Joseph's suggestion to re-run the script is certainly a gold-star
solution, but just committing the fixes is fine by me.

Carlos.

	Dear Paul,

I was wondering if these two changes will be merged?

Thank you,

I have fixed up, squashed and pushed the two patches. The patches were
malformed, possibly mangled by the mail client before sending, which is
why they failed to apply. git-send-email usually gets the most
consistent results.

Thanks,
Siddhesh

       Dear Shuo,

I hope they will. However I have technical difficulties committing them
(I am new to the patchwork process). Hopefully I will be able to solve
that with Carlos' help.

I would say that if we wish to fix things in those lists of fixed bugs in
NEWS, we should fix the bug data in Bugzilla (which I think was done in
this case), then regenerate those lists using list-fixed-bugs.py (which
will also pick up any bugs that only got their milestone set after the
release in question was made).

       Dear Shuo,

Thanks,
