Actually, I changed my mind.  For 2+ years nobody noticed the interfaces
are missing.  The userlevel tools probably use syscall() or their own
wrappers.  Beside, there are hardly many other programs out there in
need of the syscall.  So I removed the definitions as well as the exports.
