Hi!

While looking at gthr*.h non-uglified parameter names that caused
#define thread
#include <string>
failures in gcc 4.4, I've hacked up g++ a little bit to report
non-uglified parameters and local variable names.

This patch fixes what it found in glibc.
Ok to commit?
