The appended patch fixes these warnings:

zdump.c:208: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘isascii’
zdump.c:208: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘isalpha’
zdump.c:218: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘isdigit’

Ok to commit?

Andreas
