* resolv/netdb.h: Don't include <rpc/netdb.h>.
* nis/Makefile: Don't install rpcsvc/*.
* inet/protocols/timed.h: Include <sys/types.h> and <sys/time.h>
instead of <rpc/types.h>.
(MAXHOSTNAMELEN): Define.
