glibc 2.1 has __signbit* in both libm and libc.
I guess we can remove signbit from libm - or would this break
anything?

* math/Versions: Removed __signbit, __signbitf and __signbitl from
libm since they're part of libc.
* math/Makefile (libm-calls): Remove s_signbit since it's already
in libc.
