I filed a bug against rosetta for this. See
http://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/rosetta-users/2005-May/000466.html
There they said I should file a bug against glibc because they got the data from
there.
So Frisian (fy) is a language that is spoken in the Netherlands. The rest of the
locales paper size, currency etc. is equal to the Netherlands.
I guess only thing different is the week days.
Sunday = Snein
Monday = Moandei
Tuesday = Tiisdei
Wednesday = Woansdei
Thursday = Tongersdei
Friday = Freed
Saturday = Sneon
If you need any other data just let me know

You need to provide the data in the correct format. Duplicate at the nl_NL@euro
file, use copy "nl_NL@euro" for all categories except those which need changing.
Then change, if necessary, all categories which have language dependencies.
Beside LC_TIME this might include LC_MESSAGES, LC_ADDRESS. Just the week names
are not enough.

Hi,
Can you tell me where I should get the nl_NL@euro file. I found one on my
machine but that doesn't contain the names of the days
Thanks

The nl_NL@euro file uses copy "nl_NL". Therefore the data comes from the nl_NL
file. You just have to duplicate the form of the entries in nl_NL in the new
locale file and use copy "nl_NL@euro" for all categories which don't change.

Ulrich I noticed that these locale files need to have the hex codes of for
example the days of the week. Is there a simple script to generate these from
UTF-8 or ASCII. Or should I start hacking up some script myself?

[Change the status from WAITING if you want your comments to be noticed.]
There is no script to do this. You can write one yourself if you want.
