Hi,

this character has also to be added to localedata/charmaps/UTF-8,
otherwise it is transliterated into GWa by the following line
from ti_ET:
  <U131F>    <U0047><U0057><U0061>

In any case, you need to file a bug in bugzilla so that your patch
is being considered.
