all the time in my country are shown in AM/PM format. Looking into
/usr/share/i18n/locales/es_VE i saw that it isn't configured as it should, so,
when enabling the es_VE locale, all the time is shown in 24 hours format.
Using Slackware 10.2

Provide evidence. Show official web sites (government, maybe newspapers) which

OK, but what are value you need? It seems am/pm should be lower case. And what
about t_fmt_ampm? The same as for, say, the US?
