Subject: [Bug localedata/5427] New: hp roman9 encoding not supported

HP has added the roman9 encoding. The only difference is that code point 0xba
(186), which is "currency symbol" in roman8, is replaced with the Euro sign.
Otherwise the two encodings are identical.

HP-UX machine available for testing if needed.
