If you want Linux Mint to change, you will have to file a request with them. For glibc, you would have to define a new locale file, similar to what today is in localedata/locales/be_BY. Is it correct that Tara=C5=A1kievica does not have its own ISO-639 language code? Then the new locale should probably be named be_BY@tarask, but that choice is somewhat arbitrary, so we can use something else if that's preferable for some reason. Thanks, Florian
