    localedata: ne_NP: misc updates [BZ #1170]

    This locale was originally copied from ne_IN and it shows: many
    fields are incorrect for the Nepal territory, and many fields are
    missing translations.  I've vetted most of these against CLDR as
    not all fields are covered by it.
