Looking at table for Modern Greek at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Greek I see that this seems to follow the standards there but it would probably a good idea to name a stan= dard (e.g., ELOT 743) explicitly somewhere (e.g., in the commit message).
