Our first weekday is Monday.

the same applies for the workday. Both must be set at 2.

You do not provide any justification for this change.  Why should I change it? 
Official documentation which I can understand is needed.

Why did you set it to Sunday then? Where is the documentation that led you to
think it's Sunday, given that you are not even Italian?

You know, like the other cases in this bugzilla that there are no official docs
for this 95% of the time, you need to trust people from the actual country.

Italy, as the rest of the Europe accepts ISO 8601 and for the business purposes
the first day of the week is Monday. The only reference I could find about week
starting by Sunday is from religious traditions (Hebrew and then Christian).
