We had a meeting to decide what ld.so on ARM hard fp should be called.
This meeting included representatives from all the main distros and
gcc.

The summary was:

All the people in the meeting agreed: the new runtime linker path for
ARM hard-float Linux binaries was to be

/lib/ld-linux-armhf.so.3

Joseph, can you do this please?  Or would you like someone to
submit a patch?
