    [libstdc++] Remove unused hasher instance.
    
    This is a remnant of poorly executed refactoring.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/std/barrier (__tree_barrier::_M_arrive): Remove
            unnecessary hasher instantiation.
