    libstdc++: Add always_inline attribute to std::byte operators
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/c_global/cstddef (byte): Add always_inline attribute
            to all operator overloads.
            (to_integer): Add always_inline attribute.
