    libstdc++: Improve comments on pretty printer code
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * python/libstdcxx/v6/printers.py (is_specialization_of): Fix
            incorrect terminology in docstring and describe arguments.
            (FilteringTypePrinter): Add default argument for new parameter,
            enhance docstring.
