            (StdChronoTimePointPrinter, StdChronoZonedTimePrinter)
            (StdChronoCalendarPrinter, StdChronoTimeZonePrinter)
            (StdChronoLeapSecondPrinter, StdChronoTzdbPrinter)
            (StdChronoTimeZoneRulePrinter): New printers.
