    libstdc++: Replace non-ascii character in test
    
    This ensures the test will work with -fexec-charset=ascii.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * testsuite/std/format/arguments/lwg3810.cc: Replace UTF-8
            ellipsis character.
