    libstdc++: Disable embedded tzdata for all 16-bit targets
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ZONEINFO_DIR): Extend logic for avr and
            msp430 to all 16-bit targets.
            * configure: Regenerate.
