    libstdc++: use new built-in trait __remove_pointer
    
    This patch lets libstdc++ use new built-in trait __remove_pointer.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/std/type_traits (remove_pointer): Use __remove_pointer built-in trait.
