commit r14-10125-gf3021e6e0600bedd69567b21d2a06b0b9854c533
Author: Jonathan Wakely <jwakely@redhat.com>

    libstdc++: Add comment to #include in <variant>

    It's not obvious why <variant> needs <bits/parse_numbers.h> so add a
    comment to it.

    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

            * include/std/variant: Add comment to #include.
