Tested x86_64-linux. Pushed to trunk.

This shouldn't be in the common options, it's already added for the
relevant targets using dg-additional-options.
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* testsuite/30_threads/jthread/jthread.cc: Remove -pthread from
dg-options.
