libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* doc/xml/manual/abi.xml (abi.versioning.history): Document
	libstdc++.so.6.0.32 and GLIBCXX_3.4.32 version.
	* doc/html/manual/abi.html: Regenerate.
