Tested x86_64-linux. Pushed to trunk.

This test expects to be able to link, which fails if there are undefined
references to chdir, mkdir etc. in fs_ops.o in the libstdc++.a archive.
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* testsuite/27_io/filesystem/path/108636.cc: Add dg-require for
filesystem support.
