* libstdc++ docs still using viewcvs

From: Gerald Pfeifer @ 2024-06-22 13:19 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: libstdc++

I noticed there are seven occurrences where http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs is
still used in the libstdc++ docs, specifically

   doc/xml/faq.xml
   doc/xml/manual/allocator.xml
   doc/xml/manual/mt_allocator.xml

Heads up, it appears /viewcvs is gone and replaced by
https://gcc.gnu.org/git/?p=gcc.git .

Gerald noticed these stale viewcvs links. I'll push this to trunk later
this week, and backport too.
