These tests stopped working after some libstdc++ refactoring, because
they aren't including what they use.

I committed a blank ChangeLog (I did 'git push' when I meant to push
to the compile farm, oops) so I'll fix that tomorrow.

Tested powerpc64le-linux. Committed to trunk.
