libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* include/bits/unique_ptr.h (__uniq_ptr_impl::_M_ptr)
(__uniq_ptr_impl::_M_deleter): Add noexcept.
Tested powerpc64le-linux. Committed to trunk.
