Log message:
	Thin remove unused define
	
	Remove DM_THIN_ERROR_DEVICE_ID from API.
	Remove API warning.
	Drop code that was using DM_THIN_ERROR_DEVICE_ID (already commented)
	Remove debug message which slipped in through some previous commit.
