Subject: Calendar.roll assumes default locale == Locale.US

The gnu/testlet/java/util/Calendar/roll.java test contains a simple date
format with weekday ('EEE') as part of the format. The test then assumes
that the weekday will be equal to the weekday in the US locale.
I have applied a patch that explicitly sets the locale of the
SimpleDateFormat to Locale.US to avoid failures when a different system
locale is used.
