commit 8ac94ca7bbe4ceddafe6583ee4766d3c15b18ac8
Author: Stafford Horne <>
Date: Sat Nov 3 07:00:02 2018 +0900

newlib/ Set have_init_fini to no for OpenRISC
The new GCC port for OpenRISC will use the init_fini_array only and not
provide the init() and fini() functions. Disable the function usage by
default as its no longer needed.
