commit 57a08d6b9a01ed56ff80905d0b3cb30fe217f1d3
Author: Victor L. Do Nascimento <victor.donascimento@arm.com>
Date: Wed Dec 14 16:46:33 2022 +0000

    libc: arm: setjmp.S code cleanup

The code for setjmp and longjmp contains unconditionally-disabled
    legacy FPA code.

Given the code is not used by any targets, remove the code.
