Hi Jeff,

I would like to see Kwok's "[PATCH] amdgcn: Add vectorized math routines" to be included,
https://sourceware.org/pipermail/newlib/2022/020025.html

The re-posted patch got a bit delayed due to Christmas season/vaccation and finding out
what to put as copyright line, especially for files based on other files – but having no
copyright file. I think we have sorted it out - and I guess Kwok will post the update
tomorrow or on Tuesday.

Thanks for the initial comments (as you commented on this copyright issue before),
sorry for the delay (and asking for another short delay),
Regarding the patch itself: It would be useful to have it in the snapshot as it
avoids carrying this change as in Linux distros that ship GCC 13 with amdgcn offloading
support enabled (SUSE, Debian, Ubuntu, ... - and possibly also soon Fedora/RHES, ...).

Tobias
