in thread starting from:

and I just could not find this:

 From Fri Nov 18 21:15:04 2022
From: (Dale McCoy)
Date: Fri, 18 Nov 2022 16:15:04 -0500
Subject: Adding an embedded signature on setup-x86_64.exe
Message-ID: <>

where I notice the id contains "+" encoded as %2B in the pipermail reply mailto.

Take care. Thanks, Brian Inglis Calgary, Alberta, Canada
