I believe sourceware is set up so that anon ftp's in from Red Hat don't
count towards the FTP limit since they don't use the T1, by setting a
separate class in ftpaccess.

Could someone please extend this to include the office here in the UK, i.e.
194.130.39.* (but still with the domain cygnus.co.uk). This would make
things a lot better because our link via the VPN is much faster than our
link to the net.

Only root can even _see_ the relevant files right now, but it should just
be a case of adding 194.130.39.* to the end of the appropriate class line
in ~ftp/etc/ftpaccess.

Give it a whirl now.  I've added *.cygnus.co.uk to the same class of
users as *.cygnus.com, which should give y'all unlimited ftp access.
