Ah. Thanks. I couldn't remember that URL. It looks like cygwin is taking up quite a bit of the bandwidth. I wonder if there is a rogue mirror site out there. We changed the layout of one of the download directories a couple of months ago and changed one thing from a symbolic link to an actual directory. That screwed up a couple of mirrors. I wonder if they are now just repeatedly downloading the 'latest' directory.
