Some quick suggestions for this new fangled system.

	o	include the requested projects in the message
		that helps give the request some context.

		Jeff recently asked Fergus to add himself
		to the MAINTAINERS file.  There are er N
		MAINTAINERS files :-)

	o	perhaphs include the groups in that user list table
		(for when/if they do become useable).

	o	add a link/doco from the existing procedures
		http://sources.redhat.com/sourceware/procedures/
		page so I can find where to go.
