Just to keep folks in the loop...

It took a while, but we got all the data from my backup machine at
home (cable modem) to my desktop machine at work (T3). I also have
DVDs of everything so if my machines unexpectedly die, we still
have everything.

/home (on /mnt to prevent undesired logins) and /sourceware/libre are done.

/sourceware/projects is still restoring.

I'm about to start the next phase of restoring /sourcware/qmail
and hope to do the same for /sourceware/ftp before I fall over.

cgf and I will work on /sourceware/www tomorrow.

At this point I'm guessing it'll be "done" sometime late tomorrow
or Sun Paciic time (sorry, too tired to think UT). Things may go
slower tomorrow with the lack of sleep. We'll also need a handful
of people to review specific configuration components to make sure
everything is OK given that we reinstalled the OS.

If folks agree, I think jifl should send out mail again (sans
rfg if only because my sides hurt too much from laughing at him)
at his earliest convenience to give folks an update and setting
expectations for Sun (or the equiv in their timezone).

Thanks for your patience and support.

PS: I risk losing goddess standing, but the reason I couldn't read the
DVDs at work is that, um, err, none of the drives were DVD drives.
I was confused. I'll just blame it on sleep deprivation, OK? O:-)
