Can someone (i.e., Daniel or fche, maybe) tell me what would be involved
in setting up a frysk-bugzilla mailing list?

If the frysk guys want to replicate the gcc setup ("gcc-bugs" always
being cc:'d), then IIRC this involved changing the bugzilla perl code.
If they want new/unclaimed bugs to be reported to a mailing list, they
can create an ordinary bugzilla userid to own all their components,
and whose email address points to the/some-new frysk list. (This latter
is what we do in systemtap land.)
