Hi overseers,
I was just going to apply a patch, when I got the following error message:
cvs [commit aborted]: head attribute does not match file for `/cvs/cygwin-apps/setup/ChangeLog,v'
I then tried `cvs up', `cvs up -A', and `cvs co', all with the same result.
Help, please?

fileattr reset. Let's consider reverting to plain fileattr-less cvs,
now that only a few projects are impacted on sourceware.
